I am a third generation realtor.  I grew up helping my grandmother delivering pumpkins, holiday treats, placing thousands of American Flags on Memorial day and also handing out notepad's to her local area - La Costa & Enicinitas for over 25 years.  I have continued this tradition of "Old School" real estate service with "New School" Technology and ideas to better serve my clients.

   My wife Jasmin and I just celebrated the birth of our first child - a happy and healthy baby girl - Londyn Lorili Richard!  She is the best thing to ever happen to us and we are so blessed and fortunate to welcome her into our lives!
